Born in lowndes county Alabama grandma had a few hogs chickens roosters the horses and cows in the pasture wasn't hers my grandad did a little puck wood hauling he planted peanuts corn sweet potatoes purple peas water melons had a few horses and mules that was in the early years many moons ago he is been passed away we left Alabama in 1967 moved to Cincinnati Ohio then Michigan it's where I'm at now he is been passed away now

Hey Daniel. Careful what you wish for. I farm corn and soybeans in NW Iowa. We've been pretty dry here for a few years, but have manged to just squeek by with enough moisture to get decent crops. We had 4.4 inches in April. Things were looking up. Then in May and June, we had just over 26 inches of rainfall. That's more than our average yearly rainfall in about 7 weeks. Whole towns were flooded. Basements flooded and some basement walls caved in. Sewers backed up. There was and still is a lot of heartbreak and sad stories. There were people that lost everything. I had about half my corn flooded out- I had planted it April 24. I replanted it, only to see it all flooded out again. I am in no way complaining or looking for sympathy. I had some crop insurance and will be fine. Many folks suffered much more than I did. Crops overall are decent here, but we are definitely behind. As long as we don't get an early frost, we'll have something to bin. Life is good. I enjoy your channel. The very best to you guys!!!

Have you tried orthene 90s with your seed for thrips I had problems with thrips in my peanuts after I mixed orthene with my seed I didn’t have any thrip damage in my peanuts

You did nothing wrong I’ve got my tractor stuck numerous times over the years

You need to do some serious soil sampling. Preferably grid sampling. The only way you'll find out why your corn is so uneven

You may have to check every square inch of the combine the hydraulic fluid could be lost during operation the leak could be in an area where you can’t see

Daniel If you can't find where the hydraulic fluid is going on the outside then is got to be going somewhere on the inside!! Check the transmission fluid I bet it's way over filled!! The seal on the hydro motor is leaking & it's going into trans!! I had the same thing happen on my cotton picker last year!! Good luck!!

I've heard of hydro fluid bypassing into transmission. Check the level in trans, if it's way up, you know where your oil has gone.

Our 8285R has all the emissions crap on it that throws codes at you. Our 8295R is a 1st generation pre-def, pre emissions model from 2009. It's basically a leftover 8330. I hate all of that dadblame power robbing re-gen emissions crap.

Low engine RPM’s will cause a lot aftertreatment problems. Delete the tractor

Only time I’ve had to do that was when it was shut off a couple times while trying to clean. Only problem in 5000 hrs with a 8335

As a few have stated, your dpf is probably gonna need to removed and cleaned. Always a possibility of a sensor. We have had service techs do a forced regen with their laptop and that seems to help for a little while longer.

Corn might have got struck by lighting.

I had an 8270r do that to me last spring , it was a bad sensor in the exhaust system.

Might be where the water washes do that field, and he washed all your fertilizer out

Slipping the clutch sometimes throws codes when filling trucks with grain cart.

It may be going in your rotor rotor gearbox may be bad and it’s letting hydraulic oil into the rotor

I'd check your hydrostat hoses and o-rings.

We would love to see the plant pathologist show what he finds and explain how it affects the plants.
